How protective are your cases?

FastShopCase accessories are expertly crafted to fuse high fashion with serious function. Designed for durability and daily protection, each case securely fits your device, offering reinforced coverage for the back and sides. Many of our premium models also feature raised bezels to safeguard your camera and screen from direct contact with flat surfaces.

Master's Tip: While our cases provide robust protection, we highly recommend pairing them with a screen protector for ultimate 360-degree defense.

What materials do you use?

We utilize curated, high-grade materials including premium TPU, medical-grade silicone, and vegan artisan leathers. For our ornate collections, we use high-polished jewelry-grade metallic accents and hand-set crystals to ensure a luxury finish that lasts.

Shipping & Delivery

What are your shipping times?

Order Processing: We live up to our name. Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours (excluding weekends and holidays).

International Transit: Typically takes 5-15 business days worldwide. Please note that transit times are estimates and can be affected by local customs processing, which is beyond our control.

Why haven't I received my tracking number?

The moment your package is scanned by our carrier, an automated email with your tracking number and a real-time link will be sent to your registered email address. If you haven't received it within 3 business days, please check your "Spam" folder or contact us at shop@fastshopcase.com.

My package shows "Delivered" but I don't have it.

In the rare event of a delivery discrepancy, we recommend:

  • Verifying the shipping address on your order confirmation.
  • Checking with household members or neighbors.
  • Contacting your local post office with your tracking number.

While we will assist in the investigation, FastShopCase cannot be held liable for packages that are stolen or lost after being officially marked as "Delivered" by the carrier.

Returns & Modifications

Do you accept returns?

Yes. We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. You may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt. Please contact our support team to initiate the return process. For full details, please visit our Refund Policy.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Because we process orders Fast, we can only accept modifications within 12 hours of purchase. Please email us immediately at shop@fastshopcase.com with your Order Number and the requested changes.
